Just when everyone thought that Apple would not be coming up with any small phone anymore, it unveiled its brilliant 4 inch retina display iPhone SE which has all the features of iPhone 6s and is cheaper. The iPhone SE, where SE stands for Special Edition, has been designedfor those who still like their phones to sit more snugly in their hands. The phone was announced at an event in San Francisco by Apple’s Greg Joswiak.
iPhone SE is an upgrade to the ageing iPhone 5S and has a much faster processor than iPhone 5S allowing its users to browse, download and stream content 3 times faster than iPhone 5S. The new iPhone SE also come with more LTE bands for better worldwide roaming and also supports wifi calling for high-quality wideband calls. The phone that will come in four metallic finishes including the new rose gold and a color matched stainless steel inset Apple logo, comes with proactive assistance, powerful search and improved Siri Features.

iPhone SE that is expected to arrive in India in April will come at a starting price of Rs 39,000.
(and not Rs 30,000 as erroneously mentioned by the company in the first press release)

Apple Pay
ApplePay supports iPhone SE. It is the company’s contactless mobile payment service-also known as tap-to-pay, which is currently available on the iPhone 6, iPhone 6S and Apple Watch.
