1. Dark chocolate- Mocha Avocado Mousse

Mocha Avocado Mousse


Serves: 4


  • Melted dark chocolate- ½ cup
  • Avocados- 4
  • Coconut milk- ¼ cup
  • Dark cocoa powder (unsweetened) – ¼ cup
  • Honey- ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
  • Salt- ¼ tsp.
  • Espresso or instant coffee- 3 tsp.
  • Whipped cream


  • Take a microwave safe bowl and melt your dark chocolate in it. Keep it aside for some time and let it cool.
  • Blend the Avocados in a food processor until they are creamy.
  • Add coconut milk, cocoa powder, honey, espresso, vanilla essence and salt into the blended avocados and mix well.
  • Also add the melted chocolate and blend for 2 minutes until everything is thoroughly creamed together.
  • Spoon the mixture into small bowls and place them inside the refrigerator for an hour.
  • Top it with the whipped cream before serving.

2. Mocha Cupcakes

  • Sugar- 1 cup
  • Cold brewed coffee- ½ cup
  • Oil- ½ cup
  • Large Eggs- 2
  • Cider vinegar- 3 tsp.
  • Vanilla extract- 3 tsp.
  • All-purpose flour- 1- ½ cups
  • Baking soda- 1 tsp.
  • Baking cocoa- 1/3 cup
  • Salt- ½ tsp.

Mocha Frosting:

  • Chocolate chips- 6 tbsp.
  • Softened butter- 1/3 cup
  • Sugar- 2 cups
  • Brewed coffee- 1-2 tbsp.
  • Chocolate sprinkles- ½ cup


  • Preheat the microwave oven to 350 degrees.
  • Take a large bowl and beat together sugar, coffee, oil, eggs, vinegar and vanilla essence until all the ingredients blend well together.
  • Take another bowl and combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt and mx well. Add this mixture into coffee mix.
  • Fill the paper-lined muffin cups until they are 3/4th
  • Bake them for 20-25 minutes. Let it stay on the rack for 10 minutes for it to cool.
  • For frosting, melt chocolate chips and butter until a smooth mixture appears.
  • Transfer the mixture to a large bowl and beat with sugar. Add coffee according to the desired consistency.
  • Pipe the frosting onto the cupcakes. Top your cupcakes with sprinkles.

3. Espresso Brownies

  • Unsalted butter- 4 tbsp.
  • Instant espresso powder- 2½ tbsp.
  • Chocolate covered espresso beans- 1 cup
  • Sugar- 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder- 2/3 cups
  • All-purpose flour- ½ cup
  • Oil- ½ cup
  • Vanilla extract- 2 tsp.
  • Baking powder- ½ tsp.
  • Eggs- 2
  • Milk- ¼ cup


  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  • Grease your baking pan with butter and line it up with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan, boil ¼ cup water and whisk espresso into it to dissolve.
  • Whisk together espresso, beans, 1 cup of sugar, 1/3 cup of cocoa powder, flour, oil, vanilla extract, salt, baking powder and eggs in a bowl.
  • Pour the entire batter in a pan and spread entirely.
  • Bake the brownies for 40-45 minutes until they are set. Let them cool for some time.
  • For the icing, bring butter, milk, remaining sugar, cocoa, vanilla and salt to boil in another saucepan while stirring well.
  • Pour icing over the brownies and let t harden over it. Cut and serve.

4. Tiramisu



Serves: 4



  • Eggs- 2
  • Egg yolk- 1 large
  • Sugar- ¼ cup
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
  • Cheese- 1 cup


  • Coffee- ½ cup
  • Rum- 1 tbsp.
  • Sugar- 1 tbsp.

Cream and Assembly

  • Whipped cream- ¾ cup
  • Sugar- 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract- 1 tsp.
  • Grated chocolate
  • Cocoa powder for dusting


  • Take a metal bowl and whisk egg yolks, sugar and vanilla extract.
  • Place the bowl over a pot of gently boiling water and keep until the mixture doubles in its original volume. Remove the mixture from heat
  • Take another clean bowl and whisk cheese until it is smooth. Whip the egg whites until they attain medium peaks. Fold the whites into the already prepared yolk mixture and keep aside.
  • For preparing the syrup, first heat the coffee, rum and sugar and stir until the three things get dissolved into each other. Then, keep aside for it to cool.
  • For the topping, whip the cream and stir in sugar and vanilla extract. Keep inside the refrigerator until required to use.
  • For assembling the Tiramisu, spoon a large layer of cheese filling into 4 serving dishes and layer of grated chocolate.
  • Add a layer of whipped cream over it.
  • Repeat the process, to make 2 similar layers and dust cocoa powder on top.
  • Chill until you are ready to serve.


5. Hazelnut Latte Banana Ice Cream

Hazelnut Latte Banana Ice Cream


Serves: 2


  • Bananas- 3
  • Nutella- 1 tbsp.
  • Espresso or instant coffee- 40mL
  • Roasted hazelnuts


  • Peel and slice the bananas and keep them into the refrigerator until they are chilled.
  • Take the frozen bananas, nutella and coffee and blend them into your food processor.
  • Spoon out the mixture into a large bowl and keep inside the refrigerator until it is well frozen
  • Scoop the ice cream into serving bowl and sprinkle hazelnuts over each bowl.


6. Coffee Gels

Serves: 4


  • Unflavoured gelatin- 2 ½ tsp.
  • Cold Water- ¼ cup
  • Hot brewed coffee- 1 ½ cup
  • Sugar- 2 tbsp. and ¼ cup
  • Whipped cream- ½ cup
  • Instant espresso powder


  • Take a small saucepan and pour cold water into it.
  • Sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and let it stand for 1 minute.
  • Stir in coffee and ¼ cup of sugar. Keep it on the flame and heat with constant stirring until the gelatin gets completely dissolved.
  • Pour it into your coffee mugs. Cover and keep inside the refrigerator until chilled.
  • Take a large bowl and beat the cream until it acquires the right thickness.
  • Add the remaining sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.

Pour over the chilled gelatin mixture. Garnish with espresso powder.
