On Thursday, PM Narendra Modi addressed the Lok Sabha hitting back on Congress and other opposition parties. PM Modi started off his speech by replying to the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address. Modi, known for his oratory skills, also quoted Rajiv Gandhi and Indira Gandhi in his speech. PM Modi took a dig on Rahul Gandhi stating “Some people learn with age, some don’t”. PM lashed out on the Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi who a day before had mocked the Make In India campaign. Modi said “We are mocking things like Make In India? This is for the nation. Instead of making fun, opposition should be giving suggestions on how to make it a success”. PM in his speech also stated that the nation suffers when the Parliament does not function and that disruption and adjournment won’t help.
